Trevs wig

Well, we got to play our second gig of the weekend, and the last gig of the trial of Trev's voice.
We were much later on stage than we expected, 5 - 6 rather than 3 - 4. We were a bit worried that the crowd would have dispersed by then, but it was unfounded. We had a wail of a time! Great crowd, good stage good organisation, and we made a few new friends.
I've got to say, we couldn't have done it without "Fat Pat", she was the star of the show! Talk about a reluctant participant in a sing-along!.

Trev had to chase her halfway across the field and introduce her to the crowd before she'd join in with the chorus to "All right now". Mind you she got a major round of applause when she did finally sing, a bit of a prima donnas' entrance perhaps?

Anyway, the gig went very well, and we have been asked to come back next year, so we must have impressed someone!

As a by-product of the gig, Trev's voice trial has been completed, and we've decided that the voice is strong enough to take in bookings again. Amazing recovery really, considering the surgery, and the short run up to these last 3 comeback gigs, there's life in the the old dog yet!!!
